The European Month dedicated to Cybersecurity (ECSM), which is celebrated in October, is an initiative coordinated by the European Agency for Cyber Security (ENISA), the European Commission (EC) and supported by the Member-States, which has as goals to create awareness in the citizens and organizations for the cybersecurity.

Under the slogan "The cybersecurity is a shared responsibility!” in 2019, is given special focus to the cybersecurity needs, which approach the necessity of behavioral changes and identification of opportunities to help the users to recognize the risks of new technologies.
