Webcheck.pt now available!
The .PT and the National Cybersecurity Center today made available webcheck.pt, an online platform that allows users to verify, in real time, the level of compliance of an Internet and e-mail domain with the latest standards for communication between systems.
Webcheck.pt was officially presented during the 5th edition of the International Conference on Cybersecurity (C-DAYS 2019) and aims to promote the adoption of good practices that contribute to the security, integrity and confidentiality of Internet communications.
Adapted to the national context and legislation, the webcheck.pt platform offers the user an intuitive and user-friendly interface. In addition to identifying the level of compliance of an internet and e-mail domain with the main security standards, namely DNSSEC, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, the platform allows access to a set of relevant technical recommendations and tutorials that help implementation of these.
The webcheck.pt, which results from the joint work of the National Center for Cybersecurity and the .PT, aims to raise awareness of the Internet community for the adoption of a secure posture, contributing to ensure greater reliability and safer access for all.
